Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• All 7 Emirates of the UAE
• Select GCC countries: [list countries you cover, e.g. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar]

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) after payment is confirmed, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Destination	Estimated Delivery
Dubai	1–2 business days
Rest of UAE	2–4 business days
GCC countries	3-7 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed — delays can occasionally happen due to courier volume, customs (for GCC orders), or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier link so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Duties (GCC Orders)

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
